          We are delighted to announce that our Scientific Director, Michel Denuit, and our Consultant, Samuel Gbari, have received the American Risk and Insurance Association’s Patrick Brockett and Arnold Shapiro Actuarial Journal Award for the following paper : “Extreme Value Analysis of Mortality at the Oldest Ages: A Case Study Based on Individual Ages at Death” published in 2019.

          This award is given to the author(s) of a paper, published two years earlier in an actuarial journal, which provides the most valuable contribution risk management and insurance.
