Since becoming a PhD in 2021, his missions naturally focus on non-life insurance and machine learning, for which he continues to develop his skills in Python, Git & Linux. Over the past two years, he has built a complete monthly payment calculation tool for a mortgage broker and a credit insurance pricing tool.​

Audrey Meganck

Audrey is CEO and Senior Expert at Detralytics Belgium. She oversees all operations of Detralytics’ four key components (Interim, Consulting, Training & R&D). 

Prior to joining Detralytics, Audrey was Head of the Actuarial & Reporting Department at Belfius Insurance, where she was in charge of pricing & competitivity analyses for all Non-Life Retail products as well as claims & financial actuarial tasks such as the valuation of non-life technical components in the different frameworks (SII, IFRS 4/17, BeGAAP, among other things).

Earlier in her career, Audrey held risk management positions at Federale Assurances, Allianz Benelux and Mensura. Audrey is a Member of the Board of the Belgian Institute of Actuaries (IABE). She was a lecturer (Insurance Mathematics) at INSERT and played an active teaching part in the Solvency II Expert Program of the IABE.

Daniel Nkameni

Daniel is part of the Talent Accelerator Program (TAP) at Detralytics. He is an associate actuary at the Institute of Actuaries of France. He has developed expertise in various areas of non-life insurance. His skills also extend to team and project management. As a TAP consultant at Detralytics, Daniel plays a key role in Research and Development (R&D), particularly in the context of his doctoral thesis focused on parametric insurance.​

Laurent Devineau

Laurent joined Detralytics as Innovation Lead to promote innovation at the heart of the firm’s practices and strategy. A few months later, Laurent was appointed CEO of Detralytics France.

He began his career as a teacher before joining Suravenir, where he worked on issues relating to the valuation of loan portfolios and the construction of experience laws.

Laurent then spent nearly fifteen years managing the Research & Development and Innovation activities of Milliman and Addactis. Laurent was also Head of Risk Measurement at Allianz France, where he was responsible for calculating the entity’s Solvency 2 economic capital.

Nicolas Ciatto

Nicolas is part of the Talent Consolidation Program (TCP). He is also People Lead at Detralytics. Prior to joining the company, Nicolas did an actuarial internship at Axa Belgium, in the P&C department. Selem began her career with Addactis as an Actuarial Consultant and Business Developer on the Turkish market. Since joining Detralytics in 2019, Thomas has primarily worked on pricing and reserving topics in P&C retail Auto and Non-Life, combining classical methods with ML-based approaches.

Additionally, internally, Thomas is involved in the technical and commercial development of our micro-reserving package and ensures the monitoring and supervision of projects emerging within our Innovation Lab.
