Certified actuary (French Institute of Actuaries and Danish Society of Actuaries) and former member of the Board of ASTIN (Non-Life section of the International Association of Actuaries), Salma is responsible for overseeing all the subsidiary's French operations in terms of its 4 key components: innovation, consulting, training and interim management.

Graduated of ISFA, Salma has over 10 years' experience in actuarial work, mainly in Non-Life. She began her career with Natixis Assurances as a Life R&D Actuary before joining KPMG's Actuarial department, where she held the position of Life/Non-Life Supervisory Actuary for 5 years. She then spent 2 years at Milliman before moving abroad as Non-Life Actuarial Manager for KPMG Denmark. She was then appointed Associate Director of Non-Life Actuarial at WTW, before taking over the reins of our firm as CEO France 2 years later.
