Back in France, she improved her commercial skills by joining Asigma and then Dynamo Analytics as a Business Manager.

Since joining Detralytics in 2019, Thomas has primarily worked on pricing and reserving topics in P&C retail Auto and Non-Life, combining classical methods with ML-based approaches.
Additionally, internally, Thomas is involved in the technical and commercial development of our micro-reserving package and ensures the monitoring and supervision of projects emerging within our Innovation Lab.

Wejdene is an Actuarial Consultant at Detralyics and part of our Talent Accelerator Program (TAP) for young talented actuaries. Holding a dual degree in Engineering and Actuarial Science and having gained initial experience in reserving and performance monitoring in Tunisia, Wejdene joined Generali France to lead pricing projects for property & casualty insurance. This career path led her to move into consulting, where she now brings her expertise to Detralytics.
